The Willing Workers Class has been around for over 50 years and is open to women of all ages. They have a good time studying God’s word and learning together.

The Semper Fidelis Class is made up of ladies who have been faithful members of WNCP for many years. They enjoy uncovering new messages that God has for them!

Loyalty/Knights of Honor Sunday 8:45 a.m.

The Knights of Honor is a class of men focused on Christian leadership and service within the church and community. We open our doors to all ages. Our recent studies include the Cumberland Presbyterian Confession of Faith and the Patriarchs. Future studies will include how Christian men can demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ in our daily walks of faith.

Journey Sunday School Class Sunday 8:45 a.m.

Single, married, widowed, parent and grandparent make up the Journey Class. We meet weekly to discuss current affairs, and are currently in between studies. Most often, we recommend and study current books we find in the bookstores. We share leadership, and also help lead the elementary-ages Sunday school classes in their gym activities.

Women of Faith Sunday 8:45 a.m.

Our class is made up of women; mothers, grandmothers and singles, who are active in all aspects of the church, as well as spiritual and moral support for our own class members. We enjoy video assisted studies by such authors as Beth Moore, Jessica Shiver, to name a few. Or, you will find us delving deeper into the bible as we study a chapter at a time.

Our purpose is to accept and share the love and joy of Jesus Christ through the ministry of women in the Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

We seek to do this through as we pray, study God’s Word, and reach out to others through mission, service, encouragement and fellowship.

This goal is accomplished through a diversity of ministries. One of the ways that we live out this purpose is through a yearly theme and program of ministries on denominational, regional, and local levels.

The WNCP Seekers Sunday School Class is a mixture of men and women ages middle 50s to 80+ who worship, pray, share our faith and concerns and grow our relationship with Jesus and with each other. The broad range of age and life experience brings a depth to our discussions. Our class uses Group Faith Weaver Curriculum. The Group curriculum covers the Old Testament chronologically during the summer and fall quarters and New Testament during the winter and spring quarters of a three year period. We have open discussion of the lesson each week, relating our findings to our current lives, and how those findings guide us in our faith journey today. We meet upstairs, third room on the left in the Education wing.
